All contests have official rules. Below are ours. (If you have trouble sleeping – read these!)

OFFICIAL RULES

-This contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all
respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
-The Contest is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Entry Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility
of each entrant.
-Entry procedure: Email photos to info@ScavengerHuntAdventures.com. You will receive a
confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder email when the photos are posted to our Instagram page.
– Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

-Winners will be selected randomly. 
-One entry per category per household please.
-award: $25 gift card. You will be emailed the
prize. Prize not exchangeable for cash.-Contest sponsor is www.scavengerhuntadventures.com. (Instagram is
not the sponsor.)
-To be eligible for the contest you must be 18 years old or older.
-Photos with offensive material will not be accepted.
-Your photos will not be used in any other manner except for the purpose of the contest, without your prior written permission. Your email address will be added to our email list to inform you of our latest book publications.
-Your name will not be included with your photo (unless you want it to). Your photo will be given an ID number.
-www.scavengerhuntadventures.com has the right to adjust or shut down the contest at any time as well as the right to investigate possible cheating or tampering before determining the winner.
-We will take all reasonable measures to execute a fair (and fun!) photo contest. By entering the contest you agree to release scavengerhuntadventures.com from any liability related to or resulting from this contest.
